Our 60-day guarantee
We're confident you'll love your Calm Crown. If you're not 100% happy, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- The return request is made within 60 days of delivery.
- The item is in working condition (used items are accepted).
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
How to return
- Email support@calmcrown.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24h (Mon–Fri) with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Customers cover return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time
Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 2-year warranty, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping.
EU statutory rights
For customers in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive applies in addition to our 60-day policy. Our policy is the more generous of the two and does not affect your legal rights.
